Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to assist customers with vehicle damage reports and manage follow-up tasks. You will investigate damages, assess repair costs, and support accident report management. The ideal candidate has familiarity with office software and web technologies, with experience in enforcement considered a bonus. A class 3 or class 2B license is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
