Job Summary:

This is a new position and client wants to establish new entity for Singapore Office and create new Carbon Neutral department in Singapore. Singapore is trying to develop and focusing on APAC region demand and supply. You will obtain mid and long term business opportunities and pass it on to the IIA team.

Lead and support projects under the Carbon Neutral Transformation Department (CNX), focusing on decarbonization strategies, green fuel supply chains, and regional collaboration to achieve company's goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive feasibility studies and business development for CNX projects in Singapore and Asia (e.g., Biofuel, SAF, Green Methanol, Ammonia supply chains).
• Coordinate with the client's group company's trading arm for trading opportunities.
• Support investment evaluations and partnership negotiations for energy transition initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on progress and market intelligence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Economics, or related field.
• Around 10 years of experience in renewable fuels, such as bio feedstock, bio fuel, green methanol, SAF trading or business development.
• Strong understanding of maritime, aviation sector and low carbon business and policy, regulation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and engage with government and industry stakeholders.
• Mandarin speaking skills required to communicate with Mandarin speaking external stakeholders.
• Open to Regional Travel , 2 to 3 times per months (Malaysia, India, China or even Japan).
