Job summary

CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (SGP) PTE. LTD. is seeking an individual to assist project engineers in energy management programs focused on refrigeration and HVAC systems in Singapore. This role involves project coordination, data management, and client engagement to ensure satisfaction and adherence to regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical certificate in Engineering or a related field and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems is essential, along with experience in client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in energy management and energy-saving projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Power Systems.
• Experience with HACCP / NSF audits is a plus.

• Assist in data collection for scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget preparation
• Assist project engineer to facilitate collaboration across departments, assign tasks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist project engineer in tracking milestones, ensure quality standards, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects on course.
• To assist and apply necessary technical skills for the energy efficiency focus on refrigeration & HVAC system, under the Energy team.
• Assist project engineer/manager to track energy usage across facilities, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Assist project manager on-site audit in to ensure adherence to energy regulations and standards while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive awareness and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction with services delivered.
• Assist project engineer/manager in tracking progress against KPIs, compile results, and present findings in a way that supports client decision-making.

Job Specification

• Technical certificate in Engineering or any related technical field.
• Certification in refrigeration technical related is added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in executing energy management programs and energy saving projects related to Energy/Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, or a similar technical discipline.
• In depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical Power System.
• Experience in FMCG or food related environment.
• Experience in HACCP / NSF audits is a plus
