Qualifications

• Experience in F&B is an advantage; training will be provided for newcomers
• Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with high energy
• Must be able to communicate and read well in English
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Provides quality beverages and food products while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
