Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree holder; fields such as Social Work, Psychology, HR, Business or related areas welcome.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and able to support both strategic and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

About Daughters of Tomorrow

Daughters of Tomorrow supports underprivileged women on their journey toward employment and financial independence. Our Employment Bridging & Employer Engagement (EBEE) team works closely with both women and employers to create meaningful job opportunities. We’re looking for a caring, resourceful, and proactive individual to join us temporarily to support the team’s daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Connect with women and employer partners through outreach and follow-ups to understand needs and share relevant opportunities.

  • Support job-matching and employment readiness activities.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as tracking documents, collecting funding request submissions, and updating records accurately in Salesforce.

  • Conduct research on selected industry sectors to identify key players, hiring trends, and common job roles.

  • Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and team activities.

  • Provide general support to EBEE team members and contribute to projects as needed.


Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree holder; fields such as Social Work, Psychology, HR, Business or related areas welcome. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
