Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for both local and foreign employment.
  • Match suitable candidates to job openings based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, to placement.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for work passes, contracts, and client submissions (in compliance with MOM regulations).
  • Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with manpower trends and client hiring needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (experience in an employment agency is an advantage).
  • EA Personnel License preferred (or willing to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in dealing with both clients and candidates.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
