Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Copywriter / Copywriter to craft engaging copy across digital, social, experiential, and integrated campaigns. You’ll translate briefs into clear ideas and collaborate with creative teams to drive APAC projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

With 1-4 years of experience, you’ll contribute to brand activations, digital formats, and celebrity campaigns, adapting tone for varied audiences. Bendemeer-based role, 5 days, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, social media, and digital communications.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, brand activations, or regional/APAC projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and compelling copy across digital, social, experiential, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Translate client briefs and objectives into clear, engaging creative ideas and communication strategies.
• Write and adapt copy for social media, digital ads, campaign platforms, scripts, brand activations, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Research and use AI tools to support ideation, audience understanding, trend research, content development, and first drafts.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Producers, and Project Managers from concept to execution.
• Contribute to regional campaigns and APAC projects ensuring relevance across markets and audiences.
• Develop creative content for brand campaigns, media launches, experiential activations, and celebrity-led projects.
• Refine and adapt creative work based on client feedback while maintaining core idea and brand voice.
• Stay updated with cultural trends, social conversations, ad formats, and emerging technologies to spark fresh ideas.
• Present and articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients when required.
• Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, audience-appropriate, and aligned with objectives.
