Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate emergency preparedness plans, training, and drills to ensure organizational readiness for crises and disruptions.
• Implement and oversee security measures, conduct exercises, and enhance the safety and protection of staff, patients, and assets.
• Advise on emergency and security requirements in facility planning and staff capability development.
• Use data analytics to track key performance indicators and drive improvements in emergency and security operations.
• Participate in inter-agency initiatives and support national or organizational emergency response projects.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency planning or management role, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Candidate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptualisation skills with proficiency in data analysis experience will be advantageous.
• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
