Job summary

A veterinary clinic in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals for full-time night shift roles to assist with basic patient care. Responsibilities include supporting the ICU team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring animal comfort. Ideal candidates show a passion for animal care and possess good communication skills. Experience with animal handling is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; experience with animals is advantageous.

  • Assist with feeding, cleaning, walking, and general monitoring of hospitalised patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cages, kennels, ICU areas, and treatment rooms.
  • Help with safe restraint of animals during examinations and procedures.
  • Assist in restocking, laundry, and preparation of supplies for patient care.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses or veterinarians.
  • Support smooth shift transitions through proper communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • No prior experience required, though experience handling animals or volunteering in shelters is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for animal care and patient comfort.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and some public holidays (off-in-lieu will be provided).
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and confident handling animals of all sizes.
  • Singaporeans only.
