Qualifications

• Min Dip / Degree in Nursing.
• Emergency background or trauma care experience.
• Willing to work 3 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for moderate-to-high acuity patients.
• Lead or support resuscitation efforts.
• Act as clinical resource for complex/high–risk cases.
• Oversee shift workflow and staff deployment.
• Mentor junior nurses and support training.
