PVH is seeking an experienced embedded firmware engineer to support lifecycle maintenance of released products. You will perform root cause analysis on customer issues, develop and validate firmware updates, and collaborate with hardware, software, quality and manufacturing teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in embedded systems, strong C/C++, ARM MCU experience, and familiarity with RTOS and device drivers.
Support the lifecycle maintenance and continuous improvement of released embedded products.
Investigate customer-reported issues and field failures through systematic root‑cause analysis and debugging.
Develop, implement, and validate firmware enhancements, defect fixes, and product updates.
Analyze product impacts and risks associated with design changes, component substitutions, and firmware modifications.
Support component obsolescence, resiliency, and product cost‑reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with hardware, software, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and engineering reports.
Support manufacturing, qualification, and production‑related engineering activities when required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
