Qualifications

• 3+ years in EM ND trading or market making.
• Experience with ND TWD/KRW/PHP/IDR/INR/VND/THB or similar markets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for EM Rates ND trading and market making to customer base during Asian time-zone.
• Back-up other traders in the team; support JPY/USD/SGD/AUD products as needed.
• Market analysis to implement hedge strategies and optimize revenue generation.
• Trading and managing positions and executions within market making obligations and risk limits.
• Liaise with sales, traders, management, risk control, back office, IT for issues and solutions.
• Convey market intelligence and regulatory knowledge to internal stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ensure effective teamwork within local/global requirements to maintain client continuity.
