Job summary

A leading aviation support company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems for aircraft tow tractors and other ground support equipment. Candidates should have a NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. An LTA Class 3/4/5 license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• LTA Class 3/4/5 license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems for aircraft tow tractors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to approved documents.
• Perform modifications on electrical wiring as necessary.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic and electrical system for Aircraft Tow Tractors, GPU (Ground Power Unit), ACU (Air Conditioning Unit), ASU (Air Starter Unit), etc.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out properly in accordance with approved documents.
• Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on job card and task sheets upon completion of work.
• Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user.
• Perform modification on electrical wiring as necessary with approved documents or data as per OEM recommendation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in Automotive industries.
• Candidate with LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage.
• Monday to Thursday, 0800 to 1730 hour, Friday, 0800 to 1700.
