Job summary
A leading aviation support company in Singapore seeks a skilled technician to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems for various aircraft support equipment. Ideal candidates will possess a NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering and have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. A Class 3/4/5 license is advantageous. Office hours are Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in Automotive industries.
- Candidate with LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems for various aircraft equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is performed according to approved documents.
- Fill up and sign off on job cards and task sheets upon work completion.
- Ensure equipment is serviceable before releasing to user.
- Perform modifications on electrical wiring as necessary.
Education
NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic and electrical system for Aircraft Tow Tractors, GPU (Ground Power Unit), ACU (Air Conditioning Unit), ASU (Air Starter Unit), etc.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out properly in accordance with approved documents.
- Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on job card and task sheets upon completion of work.
- Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user.
- Perform modification on electrical wiring as necessary with approved documents or data as per OEM recommendation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in Automotive industries.
- Candidate with LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage.
- Monday to Thursday, 0800 to 1730 hour, Friday, 0800 to 1700.
