Job summary

The supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee service projects across military camps, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and coordinating with PMO/Lead.

You will manage project teams, engage stakeholders, and uphold quality and client satisfaction. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Basic knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm).
Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred.
Must have own vehicle due to site accessibility.

Responsibilities

Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline and budget.
Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
Engage stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as the point of contact.
Deliver projects within baseline budget while maintaining quality and satisfaction.
Coordinate activities of project teams through delegation and resource management.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Any other duties as assigned.
