Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in electroplating, surface finishing, semiconductor manufacturing, or chemical process environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electroplating chemistry, wet processes, or surface treatment technologies preferred.
• Ability to work in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate materials and plating parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process or quality-related issues promptly.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections including visual quality checks.
• Ensure consistent product quality through effective process control.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators on process control.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of electroplating equipment.
• Analyze process inefficiencies or quality deviations and implement CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
• Participate in internal and customer audits related to process qualification.
• Support Management with improvement projects related to process enhancement.
