Job summary

WeLead Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a warehouse specialist in Singapore to handle receiving, inbound operations, and production support. You will inspect shipments, unload, label, and store items, and pick materials for the assembly line based on BOMs.

You will also manage stock records and assist with shipping, while maintaining 5S and safety standards. Requirements include 2+ years in warehousing within manufacturing, forklift license, ability to operate pallet jacks, and willingness to work

Qualifications

2+ years warehousing experience in manufacturing environment.
Forklift license.
Able to operate pallet jacks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work overtime rotation.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect shipments against orders and delivery notes.
Unload, sort, and label goods; store in designated locations.
Pick and stage materials for assembly lines based on BOMs.
Issue materials to production to prevent line stoppages.
Update stock records using ERP/barcode systems; perform cycle counts.
Pack and label finished goods for outbound shipments; identify efficiency improvements.
Maintain 5S standards; operate material handling equipment if certified.
Report damaged parts and maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
