Job summary

Job description
Job Scope:
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues in kids’ electronic products such as:
    Smartwatches
    Wearable phones
    Digital cameras
    Headphones and other kids’ tech gadgets
  • Perform part replacements (e.g., screen, battery, buttons, speakers, mic, etc.)
  • Handle fine soldering work for connectors, charging ports, and PCB components
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic water damage and motherboard issues
  • Flash firmware or reset devices using proprietary and standard tools
  • Document repair cases and update internal systems for tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with customer service on warranty repairs and parts availability
  • Maintain proper ESD safety standards and clean workstation practices
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in electronic product repairs
  • Proven soldering skills (fine‑pitch components and small PCBs)
  • Familiarity with smart device teardown and reassembly
  • Basic understanding of firmware flashing tools and device testing
  • Able to read simple circuit diagrams or follow repair guides
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hands for delicate work
