Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronic product repairs.
- Proven soldering skills (fine-pitch components and small PCBs).
- Familiarity with smart device teardown and reassembly.

Job Scope:
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in kids’ electronic products such as:
Smartwatches
Wearable phones
Digital cameras
Headphones and other kids’ tech gadgets
- Perform part replacements (e.g., screen, battery, buttons, speakers, mic, etc.)
- Handle fine soldering work for connectors, charging ports, and PCB components
- Troubleshoot and repair basic water damage and motherboard issues
- Flash firmware or reset devices using proprietary and standard tools
- Document repair cases and update internal systems for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with customer service on warranty repairs and parts availability
- Maintain proper ESD safety standards and clean workstation practices
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in electronic product repairs
- Proven soldering skills (fine‑pitch components and small PCBs)
- Familiarity with smart device teardown and reassembly
- Basic understanding of firmware flashing tools and device testing
