Job summary

SMITH GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented intake/QA associate in Singapore. You will inspect electronic components before shipment, support lab testing, and prepare reports while ensuring accurate part numbers and product conditions. This role involves learning, collaboration with ODMs/OEMs, and hands-on packaging work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
• Proactive learning mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and basic English reading and writing capability.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is preferred.
• Capable of handling and lifting packaged components as required by job duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electronic components prior to shipment to ensure part numbers, quantities, and product conditions are accurate.
• Support laboratory testing and related operational tasks.
• Prepare non-conformance/discrepancy reports and assist with functional testing.
• Perform moisture-proof and sealed packaging according to component requirements.
• Read datasheets/specifications and use measuring tools for quality inspection.
• Communicate with original manufacturers (ODMs/OEMs) and cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues.
• Verify component markings, firmware, serial numbers, and other details.
