Job summary

Atomionics in Singapore seeks an Electronics Engineer to take hardware from schematic and PCB layout through prototyping, assembly, testing and integration into our next-generation gravimeter. You will develop both analog and digital electronics, troubleshoot issues during system integration, and improve designs for field use.

You will work with physicists, mechanical engineers and software engineers, with room to propose better hardware solutions while turning prototypes into repeatable,

Qualifications

• Hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout
• Experience prototyping, assembling, testing and debugging PCBs
• Sound component knowledge for selection
• Experience designing systems with microcontrollers
• Familiar with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS-232, USB, CAN, SATA)

Responsibilities

• Own PCB development projects from specs through bring-up and testing
• Design analog and digital circuits and prepare boards for manufacturing
• Assemble and troubleshoot PCBs and subsystems for the gravimeter
• Collaborate with physics, firmware, and mechanical teams to integrate electronics
