Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to support print applications and develop new processes tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and a strong knowledge of Semiconductor/SMT assembly processes. Proficiency in CAD design tools and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of Semiconductor/SMT assembly process is essential.
• Proficient in CAD design tools & GC-CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Support print applications and process requirements tailored to customer needs.
• Work closely with the EFORM manufacturing team for timely delivery.
• Contribute to the development of new processes for complex requirements.
• Handle inquiries from CRM, PSP, agents, and direct customers.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure product quality and feasibility.

Job description

Support print applications and process requirements tailored to customer needs, with specialized focus on Electroformed stencils

Work closely with the EFORM manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of Electroformed products that meet manufacturing specifications and align with customer expectations

Contribute to the development of new processes for complex requirements that exceed standard capabilities, & maintain a deep understanding of critical customer issues to ensure Electroformed products and services consistently meet their needs

Handle inquiries from various channels such as CRM, PSP, agents and direct customers

Liaise with vendors to ensure product quality and feasibility, particularly for advanced stencil designs such as multi-step, 3D, and ball placement applications

Perform any other duties as assigned
