Job summary

A leading facilities management provider in Singapore seeks an Electrical Maintenance Lead to supervise technicians and ensure the reliability of systems in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience, with a focus on effective communication and attention to detail. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification by EMA is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of technicians in daily facilities management operations.
  • Perform and oversee electrical maintenance, including preventive and corrective works.
  • Investigate and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.
  • Monitor ad-hoc facilities projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support other operational tasks as assigned.
