Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily facilities management operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee and perform electrical maintenance works, including preventive and corrective tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze electrical faults and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain technical reports and documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate ad‑hoc facilities projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Support other operational tasks as assigned to meet service excellence.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification by the Energy Market Authority is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
  • Safety‑conscious with a strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
