Job summary

GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD. seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, develop and implement electrical systems for diverse projects in Singapore.

You will perform testing, troubleshoot, and ensure safety compliance while delivering precise technical drawings and documentation using CAD tools. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, solid knowledge of power distribution and control systems, and proficiency with AutoCAD, EPLAN or MATLAB.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Solid knowledge of electrical design principles, power distribution and control systems.
Proficiency with CAD/ECAD tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN, MATLAB) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement electrical systems and components per project requirements.
Perform testing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for electrical systems.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications and documentation using CAD software.
Collaborate with project teams to provide engineering input.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve electrical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
Liaise with vendors, contractors and suppliers to evaluate components and systems.
Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical support and training as required.
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
