Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily electrical and electronic installation/repair tasks.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Supervise installation of wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, power points, and electronic devices.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with regulatory codes and safety standards.
• Ensure proper use of testing tools (multimeter, megger, testing kit).
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure workers follow PPE requirements.
• Identify hazards such as electrical shock risks, fire hazards, and faulty wiring.
• Maintain daily progress reports and prepare inspection requests (RFI).
• Train and guide electricians to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company and authority standards.
