• Plan, preparing and assigning schedule projects
• Supervising and motivating team members
• Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Hiring & training of new hires
• Coordinating with one-site personnel like electricians, contractors and architects to ensure proper workflow
• Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements
• Perform electrician tasks as needed
