Plan and assign daily electrical and electronic installation/repair tasks.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Supervise installation of wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, power points, and electronic devices.
Ensure all electrical works comply with regulatory codes and safety standards.
Ensure proper use of testing tools (multimeter, megger, testing kit).
Enforce safety procedures and ensure workers follow PPE requirements.
Identify hazards such as electrical shock risks, fire hazards, and faulty wiring.
Maintain daily progress reports and prepare inspection requests (RFI).
Train and guide electricians to improve skills and productivity.
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company and authority standards.
