Company Description

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre‑mix production and construction waste recycling.

Designation

Electrical Site Engineer (LTA Projects)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works for LTA commuter facility infrastructure projects involving cycling path construction, erection of low and high covered linkway, widening of junctions, diversion of drains, relocation of services.
  • Prepare electrical design and layout drawings, cable schedules, and single‑line diagrams in accordance with LTA and authority requirements.
  • Ensure proper installation of electrical systems such as lighting, power supply, earthing, SCADA, and communication systems.
  • Liaise with LTA, SP PowerGrid, and other relevant authorities for design submission, approval, and site inspections.
  • Supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare progress reports, inspection checklists, and test documentation for system verification.
  • Troubleshoot electrical site issues and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, planning, and construction for LTA commuter facility or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of LTA, EMA, and SP Group regulations and submission processes.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, and testing procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate between site and design teams effectively.

  • Work Schedule: 6‑day work week.
  • Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore).
