Job summary

Fuku is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Singapore to lead and manage electrical subcontracting projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams while supervising electrical installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning, solid scheduling and cost-control skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Electrical Project Manager in construction/subcontracting.
• Experience coordinating electrical installation with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Skilled in project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.
• Effective communication, coordination and team management.
• Knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical subcontracting projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise electrical installations for quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs, and resources.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.
• Identify and manage risks, delays, and site constraints.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and safety regulations.
• Lead and guide site teams to achieve targets.
