We’re looking for a talented Electrical Project Supervisor to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong understanding of M&E systems.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Project Planning and Coordination
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and electrical designs.
  • Prepare detailed work plans, schedules, and manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery to the site.
2. Supervision of Electrical Works
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting, grounding, control systems).
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Inspect electrical installations to confirm compliance with technical standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, BS, or local codes).
  • Verify cable routing, terminations, panel board installation, and earthing works.
3. Quality Control
  • Ensure all electrical work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of completed installations (e.g., continuity, insulation resistance, functionality tests).
  • Maintain test records and prepare inspection reports.
4. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities
  • Enforce compliance with electrical safety rules, permit‑to‑work systems, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Ensure workers use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent electrical accidents.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.
5. Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain site diaries, progress reports, and material consumption logs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for management.
  • Record all changes or variations in scope for approval and cost tracking.
6. Team Management
  • Supervise and guide electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship.
  • Provide technical support and on‑site training where required.
7. Testing and Commissioning
  • Oversee pre‑commissioning and final commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants/clients during inspection and handover stages.
