Job summary

BNL Engineering Private Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company, seeks a capable project planning professional in Singapore to coordinate M&E construction projects and ensure designs for Electrical and ELV works meet client requirements.

You will attend project meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors, and prepare progress claims, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings and as-built drawings to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and schedule complex projects.
• Experience in managing M&E construction projects.
• Design tasks for Electrical and ELV scopes.
• Strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects to meet targets and timelines.
• Oversee M&E construction works and monitor progress against schedule.
• Prepare design documentation for Electrical and ELV works to meet client requirements.

We are a listed company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following role:

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Electrical and ELV works and to ensure clients requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
