Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in power systems, energy storage, or related industries.
• Strong project management, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and implementation strategy.
• Manage project delivery from design review to site execution, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and milestones, and report updates to management.
• Manage project cost control, claims, variation orders, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support value engineering and scope optimisation.
• Identify new business opportunities and support tendering and proposal activities.
• Provide commercial and technical inputs to support business growth and project competitiveness.
