The candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant project management experience. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing project costs, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain smooth communication throughout the projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years project management experience, preferably in handling electrical projects.
• Experience in design and build projects is an advantage.
• Preferably process own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Liase with Client, Main-con, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution and completion of projects.
• Determine and implement the needs of the client through project cost, timeline and quality management.
• Manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site.
• Ensure work performed on site comply with the local authority requirements.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
• Maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project(s).

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 6-8 yrs project management experience, preferably in handling Electrical projects for industrial or commercial purpose.
• Experience in Design and Built project will be an added advantage.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and pro‑active to problem solving.
• Preferably process own transport and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
