Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) for a King George’s/Lavender MRT site and the ICA project.

You will assist in planning, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and coordination with contractors and internal teams. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least six years in the sub‑contract M&E industry, and be able to lead engineers and site staff while ensuring compliance with drawings, safety, ISO,

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.
Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.
Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
Implement company construction policies and procedures.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.
Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.
Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
