Job Scope

• Spearhead project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring all site activities, timelines, and budgets are tracked and met.
• Assist or lead planning sessions, resource forecasting, and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage engineering documentation: risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals.
• Oversee technical submissions, material specifications, and procurement processes (e.g., issuing bill of materials).
• Direct and supervise construction teams and subcontractors in MEP installations (electrical, plumbing, sanitation).
• Verify installations comply with design drawings, shop drawings, specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferably 3–6 years of experience in electrical project management, construction, or M&E services.
• Proficient in preparing and revising engineering documents: drawings, risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures.
• Strong in project planning, scheduling site activities according to master timelines, and ensuring timely completion.
