We operate the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Technician will be joining a two‑year WDA training program. The WDA program supports trainees who are willing to take up opportunities in the biopharmaceutical sector, helping them develop professional skills and gain industry experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide support to complete assigned work activities timely, efficiently, and satisfactorily.
- Support the supervisor in managing projects; coordinate vendors and contractors on maintenance activities such as equipment installation, servicing, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts for equipment and instruments.
- Assist in the rollout of quality system improvement programs (QSIP), including SOPs, instructions, and preventive maintenance task lists.
- Support cGMP supplier qualification processes.
- Manage contractor and vendor qualification, monitoring, and documentation; supervise and oversee third‑party contractors where applicable.
- Support SHE improvement initiatives, including audits and training.
- Participate in brainstorming and simple diagnostic of equipment failures to determine root causes and lead investigations.
What You Must Have
- NTC / ITC / Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of working experience.
- Experience or strong interest in project management, mechanical or electrical & instrumental sectors is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong interest in the biopharmaceutical industry.
