Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Technician will bejoining a two-year WDA training program. The WDA program aims to support thosewho is willing to take up traineeship opportunities in biopharmaceuticalsector. These traineeships will help candidates develop their skillsprofessionally, equip them with valuable industry experience and allow them togain a firmer foothold in the job market across various sectors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Critical responsibilities but not limited to:

• Providesupport to complete assigned work activities timely, efficiently, andsatisfactorily.

• Providesupport and assist supervisor to manage the projects. Coordinates vendorsand contractors on maintenance activities, such as equipment installation,servicing, testing, and commissioning.

• Supportmaintenance inventory management (Spare parts of equipment/instruments)

• Supportquality system improvement program (QSIP) roll out initiatives such asSOP, instructions, PM task list, etc.

• SupportcGMP supplier qualification process.

• SupportContractor & Vendor management (Qualification, monitoring anddocumentation). Supervise and oversee Third Party Contractors, whereapplicable

• SupportSafety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement initiatives (i.e., audits,training, etc.)

• Involvein brainstorming and simple diagnostic of equipment failure to determinethe root cause and lead/perform investigations.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NTC/ ITC / Diploma in Engineering, or Science or its equivalent

• Min1-2 years of working experience

• Goodworking experience in Project Management, or Mechanical or Electrical& Instrumental sectors will be an advantage

• Goodinterpersonal and communication skills

• Stronginterests in biopharmaceutical industry
