Job summary

HOPE Technik seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, test and troubleshoot electrical systems for multidisciplinary engineering projects in Singapore. You will ensure safe, reliable and compliant solutions that meet schedule and budget.

You will collaborate with mechanical, controls, software, production and project teams, work on LV power distribution, single-line diagrams and 3‑phase systems, and prepare documentation from concept to as‑built records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and wiring diagrams.
• Good knowledge of single-phase and three-phase LV power distribution.
• Familiarity with control panels, motors, relays, and protective devices.
• Hands-on ability in electrical installation, testing, commissioning and fault finding.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-based control systems and industrial interfaces is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, test and troubleshoot electrical systems for multidisciplinary projects.
• Translate requirements into electrical specifications and design requirements.
• Prepare and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts and cable schedules.
• Design LV systems including power distribution, drives, motors and power supplies.
• Perform load estimation, cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.
• Select and integrate suitable components in line with project needs.
• Create BOMs, technical drawings and build instructions for production.
• Support assembly, installation, testing and commissioning at sites.
