Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified Electrical Engineer to manage a live project in the east of Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, oversee site activities, and ensure progress reporting and quality by applying relevant codes of practice and drawing coordination for cross-trade interfaces. The role requires 3–5 years in a contractor environment, knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, BCSS certification, and a proactive approach to process optimization and cost/supply chain

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards (ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification preferred).
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for technical problem-solving, site coordination, and progress reporting.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinate cross-trade drawing overlays per building codes.
• Enforce ISO 9001/14001/45001; inspect materials and installations for non-conformances.
• Monitor deliveries and inventory; coordinate with main contractor to minimize delays and rework.
• Research and implement innovative technologies to boost site productivity.

Salary package: Basic + Allowance + OT Pay + Bonus

Location: project in the east

Key Reponsibilities

• Site Management & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical problem-solving, site coordination, and progress reporting during client and internal meetings.

• Engineering & Drafting: Apply building services codes of practice to produce precise shop drawings and coordinate cross-trade drawing overlays.

• Quality Control & ISO Compliance: Enforce ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; inspect materials and installations to identify non-conformances and prevent defects.

• Cost & Supply Chain Control: Monitor supplier deliveries to prevent progress delays, manage inventory to minimize site wastage, and coordinate with the main contractor to eliminate rework.

• Process Optimization: Research and implement innovative technologies and installation techniques to boost site productivity.
