Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focusing on M&E works. The ideal candidate will liaise with contractors, supervise works, and attend project meetings. A degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. This position will require on-site work across various locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Main contractors on the planning and progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule
• Supervise M&E works to ensure it adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
• Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in M&E works. Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering/ relevant on-job experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role within the construction industry
• Strong building M&E knowledge with hands‑on experiences.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• 6 day workweek. Shift work might be required during critical phase.
• Willing to work on-site (various location)
