Overview

Candidate with experience managing PUB projects highly desirable

Job Scope:

• Prepare, review, and implement electrical design drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with PUB, SS, and IEC standards.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and control teams for integrated system design.
• Manage electrical works for water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, or related infrastructure.
• Review and ensure compliance with PUB’s electrical submission requirements and approval processes.
• Supervise contractors during installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including MCC panels, switchgear, transformers, cabling, and control systems.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project schedule.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation for PUB submission and audits.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and LEW to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years working on PUB or water-related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of PUB codes, standards, and submission procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software).
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and lead electrical teams on-site.
