Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical aspects of building projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess strong knowledge in ELV and related software. Responsibilities include project management, client meetings, and leading junior staff. Only Singaporeans will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore or its equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in ELV, Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux.
• Only Singaporeans will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems, evaluate project budgets
• Complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other teams and lead junior staff

Skills

Strong knowledge in ELV, Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore or its equivalent

Purpose and Scope

The Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Electrical aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems, evaluate project budgetsComplete design documents & technical specifications
• Work Coordination with other teams as well as coaching and lead junior staff
• Responsible for making e-submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore or its equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in ELV, Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux.
