Job Summary

To manage engineering projects and teams to deliver compliant, high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions across commercial and railway sectors, driving operational excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team to deliver engineering projects on schedule, ensuring compliance with regulations and authority requirements
• Perform maintenance, servicing, commissioning, and testing of High Tension Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchboards, Transformers, and cabling within distribution networks across multiple industries
• Investigate and resolve non-compliance issues to maintain operational safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with experienced Engineers, Technicians, and workers to achieve project completion while meeting quality and safety objectives, primarily in the railway sector
• Engage with qualified Professional Engineers to gain mentorship and enhance technical expertise
• Apply practical engineering skills across commercial and railway engineering projects to support business growth and innovation

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical Power

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Class 3 Singapore Driver Licence
• Prior experience in engineering or project management
