The Opportunity
  • Hands on concept and detailed Electrical design for a range of projects, in aN engineer role.
  • Provide design calculations, drawings and specifications.
  • Produce project related correspondence and reports and be part of a team that effectively wins and undertakes projects across the MEP and Buildings market.
  • Management of small project teams. Where you will endeavour to develop and administer project monitoring, control mechanisms, and deliver quality work within the MEP team.
  • Working directly with clients and other professionals with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain good relationships with industry networks, clients, government agencies, sub-consultants and construction contractors relevant to the MEP team’s activities.

Is this role right for you?
  • Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of detailed electrical design experience with an engineering consultancy.
  • Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant local and international legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments, effective written communication and report writing skills.
