Responsibilities
  • Drive Electrical Excellence – Engage in product testing, failure analysis, quality, reliability, and engineering improvements.
  • Hands‑On Testing – Develop test plans, execute tests on SMPS products, circuits, and components.
  • Data & Documentation – Collect test data, create reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Innovate Automation – Design hardware/software test systems to enable automated testing.
  • Risk & Reliability – Perform FMEA, evaluate high‑risk designs, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Problem‑Solving Leadership – Conduct root cause analysis, collaborate cross‑functionally, and lead projects.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 2+ years in electronic product development, testing, and manufacturing—especially power electronics or SMPS. Job level and package will align with experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SMPS topology, safety/compliance, circuit analysis, and component qualification. Hands‑on with environmental testing and lab automation.
  • Tools & Skills: Proficient in EDA tools (Altium preferred), Microsoft 365, and familiar with electronics design/manufacturing processes.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent documentation skills, detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and passionate about continuous improvement and career growth.
