Job Scope
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness.
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage customer's expectations on the projects.
- Manage the delivery of the project accordingly.
- Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel.
- Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
- Utilise industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
- Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from plans and specifications.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve CCTV-Carpark Systems-related issues effectively.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least a diploma or a bachelor degree from an engineering field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in project management.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to design led controller board, Digital DIO.
- Experience in communication protocols RS232, RS485.
- Familiar with Network, Auto Cad, CCTV-VA/Card Access, carpark system.
- Experience with operations support.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
