Job Scope

• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness.
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage customer's expectations on the projects.
• Manage the delivery of the project accordingly.
• Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel.
• Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
• Utilise industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
• Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from plans and specifications.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve CCTV-Carpark Systems-related issues effectively.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a diploma or a bachelor degree from an engineering field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management.
• Able to work in shifts.

• Experience in communication protocols RS232, RS485.
• Familiar with Network, Auto Cad, CCTV-VA/Card Access, carpark system.
