We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our drone development team through the end-to-end design and implementation of electrical systems for UAVs. Your responsibilities will include schematic design, development, and fabrication of various PCBs — ranging from flight controllers to power distribution prototypes — to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Creating schematics, designing PCB for power and control applications
- Selecting appropriate components and materials for the applications.
- Conducting electrical tests and simulations.
- Ensuring designs comply with worldwide regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other engineers to integrate electrical and electronics systems into products.
- Troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
- Preparing technical documentation and reports.
- Managing and maintaining design files and databases.
- Staying current with advancements in electrical and electronics engineering and technology.
- Performing any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency with Altium software
- Solid understanding of circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
- Experienced with power electronics, automation, and control systems.
- Experienced in designing PCB for microcontrollers, sensors, IoT device with various low-level communication protocols eg. I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet.
- Good understanding of signal processing, analog and digital electronics.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex electrical and electronic issues.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and reporting, as well as client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments, especially in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
