Job summary

KLA Singapore is seeking an Electrical/Electro-mechanical engineer to design and integrate sophisticated semiconductor equipment. You will define power distribution, control architectures and interfaces, and work across Engineering, Manufacturing, and NPI to ensure on-time product delivery.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in related fields, with strong schematic skills and experience with PCBA, power systems, and industrial PCs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering required.
5–7 years in semiconductor equipment, automation, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety, EMC/EMI, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate electrical and electro-mechanical systems for advanced semiconductor equipment.
Define electrical architecture, power distribution, control systems, and interfaces for new products.
Develop and review electrical schematics, PCBA, power distribution, and interconnect designs for product development.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure successful integration and delivery.
Analyze system requirements, power budgets, grounding and shielding to optimize performance and safety.
Develop and qualify electrical components including power supplies, PLCs, safety devices, and industrial PCs.
