Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Production Operator / Assembler to support the assembly of electrical control panels and automation systems in a safety-conscious environment. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, with structured training provided.

You will assemble, wire, route cables, perform quality inspections, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following engineering drawings and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and schematics.
• Install and mount electrical components using appropriate tools and hardware.
• Route, bundle, and secure wires and cables neatly and accurately.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support production activities and other duties as assigned.
