Job summary

LKH PROJECTS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent project coordinator/engineer to assist in planning and executing complex projects, coordinating with sales, customers and suppliers.

The role covers design management with CAD, BOM oversight, procurement, scheduling, and site coordination. Fluent English and Mandarin and formal engineering education are required. Experience in electronics manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction is a plus; strong negotiation and

Qualifications

Engineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Experience in related industry (electronic manufacturing, construction, offshore and marine, etc.).
Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

Assist to verify project requirements and report with sales/customers for effective project planning.
Assist to firm up the project scope of work to plan resources and meet sales orders.
Prepare engineering drawings (shop drawings, technical drawings) and purchase orders for production.
Coordinate with forwarders and customers for timely deliveries of project materials.
Attend site meetings for progress coordination and issue resolution.
Manage warehouse planning, storage and layout to optimize space.
